Letter from the Staff
The three partners of We Do Home Loans Inc have over 30 years of combined experience in Real Estate and Loans. We came together because of a shared passion for helping good people become homeowners and to build lifelong relationships with these clients, friends and their families. Besides helping people get qualified for loans and finding them the right house we also assist our clients with the sale of their homes and any refinance needs. We pride our selves on being a “One Stop Shop,” We Do Home Loans Inc. and Home Realty of America work as a team to get the best results for our clients.
Whether “Good or Bad Credit” we all believe in the importance of explaining every aspect of the transaction to better teach our clients, so they have a better understanding and feel comfortable and informed about their transaction. It is We Do Home Loans Inc goal to help our people get the best rates, and terms on their loans. 95% of the loans we have closed are 30 year fixed loans. None of the gimmick, teaser rates or “creative products” that have causes so many people so many headaches.
We are licensed for the entire state of Florida to broker loans. As a company we have specialized in many types of loans; however, with our FHA certification we are allowed to access loan products that can help people other companies can not.
Our local specialty market is the Greater Tampa area, including Hillsborough and surrounding counties. All of the agents in the office have focused markets within this area and we work as a team to ensure the best advice for our clients. We Do Home Loans Inc and Home Realty of America working as a team can ensure the smoothest transaction and the best negotiations for our clients because when the loan officers and the real estate consultants can work hand in hand it allows us to negotiate the best deal with no money out of our client’s pockets to become homeowners.
